Sourcing

Figures come from providers’ published pages, collected on a stated date, linked beside the data. A figure without a source does not run. When a provider changes an offer, the old figure is replaced rather than corrected in place, and the collection date moves with it.

The integrity gate

Draft pages pass an automated gate before any human sees them. The gate rejects unverified numerals, filler lexicon, repeated sentence openings, template monotony against recent pages, and body sections outside our length bounds. A rejected draft goes back for rework — it cannot be waved through.

Human review

Publication is a human decision. An editor re-checks a draft’s figures against their sources before it goes live, and the page records that pass. Machine assistance runs the collection and the arithmetic; accountability for what publishes stays with a person.

Corrections

Errors get fixed against the source, quickly and visibly — the re-collected date is the correction notice. Readers who spot a wrong figure can write to hello@pointsherald.com; correction mail outranks everything else in the inbox.

Independence

Commercial partnerships never touch editorial output. The full model is declared on the commercial register, and the short version renders in the footer of every page.
